Our thoughts and prayers are with the Phillips family and all at Morningside Volunteer Fire Department.

Charlie dedicated 70 years of Volunteer service as a Life Member of Morningside VFD, past Prince Georges County Fire Commissioner, and long time member of the PGCVFRA Board of Directors. He will be missed by all.
